This summer we walked and packrafted 300 miles from Cape Lisburne to Kotzebue, and skeletal remains were ubiquitous. This collection of photos is mostly from that trip, but includes a few older shots as well.
Also I wanted to apologize to anyone who was offended by grave photos in this slideshow... those have now been removed! In hindsight, putting a picture of a grave next to "Happy Halloween" was inappropriate, and I'm very sorry I did that.
