Glacial stratigraphy

This eroded shoreline exposes layers of sediment, including what may be old outwash deposits at the very bottom, a layer of moraine just above that which likely corresponds to the "little ice age," and finally glacial outwash sediment at the top.
— This exposure was eroded by a tsunami that happened on 7 Aug 2024.
