Yes - here you can see frozen water in a shallow crevasse that has cracked but also bent as the glacier pressed on it. Ice will bend only slowly, and will bend more easily when it's warmer. On the large scale of a glacier, this same flexibility allows glaciers to move (very slowly) even in cold climates with no water, where the bottom of the glacier is frozen. They move as an extremely viscous fluid.
